The Golden Dragon Acrobats: Dec 27-31

Before there was Cirque du Soleil, there were Chinese acrobats who performed breathtaking, gravity-defying acts. The tradition continues with The Golden Dragon Acrobats from China who will be performing at the Queens Theatre during winter break (December 27 through 31).

The award-winning performers feature amazing acrobatics, juggling, traditional dances, beautiful costumes, and mind-boggling contortionists.

The special engagement, directed by Danny Chang and choreographed by Angela Chang, also offers a special New Years Eve performance on Saturday, December 31st that includes a complimentary champagne toast.

The Queens Theatre is located in Flushing Meadow Corona Park. A free shuttle bus is available from Flushing. Performances take place December 27th through 31st, Tuesday through Saturday, 2 PM and 7 PM daily.  Tickets cost $32, with a special family 4-pack for $100.

For more information and to purchase tickets, visit www.queenstheatre.org or call 718-760-0064.
