Disney has debuted a new series of bite-sized web shorts called Smackerels -- a word Winnie the Pooh uses to describe a snack or small amount of honey. Using live action puppetry, the Smackerel videos deliver inspiring messages.

In addition to the Smackerel animated shorts, Disney Consumer Products has released an assortment of Pooh and friends products this fall. Highlights include the following:

Bounce Bounce Tigger from Just Play (MSRP $39.99) – Tigger bounces up and down on his tail to dance, shimmy and rock to the tune of a classic hip hop hit song.

The Tigger Movie Bounce-A-Rrrific Special Edition Blu-ray™/DVD Combo (MSRP $29.99) – Join Tigger on an adventurous journey to find other Tiggers in his family tree.

"Peeking Pooh" nursery collection - For expecting parents, Disney Baby has launched cute and cuddly products to celebrate baby.

A free app series will launch this month that allows parents and toddlers to connect with Pooh in the Hundred Acre Wood through an interactive experience of bright colors, sounds, and action.
