I’m excited to announce that Disney has selected Bicultural Mama as one of its #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate host bloggers! I’ve known for over a month, but wanted to save the news until I had flushed out plans for the playdate. I’ve partnered with The Little Gym for this magical event with Disney.
Visiting Disney Parks with young children is a great opportunity to create family memories. We recently came back from the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration that included both land and sea options for the conference. It was my toddler’s first time visiting Disney World. She loved it so much that even today she talks about the “Mickey Mouse Park” and “Mickey Mouse Boat.”
The #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate aims to bring magic from the “Happiest Place on Earth” to local families. As such, I approached The Little Gym as the site to host the event. I’ve seen first-hand how this center has supported and developed young children through their classes. Fortunately, The Little Gym agreed to partner up, and together we’ve planned an exciting Disney-themed playdate for local preschoolers.
On April 21, we’ll be hosting a group of preschoolers for the free #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate. Along with some open gym time, the children will participate in age-appropriate guided activities such as:
- Hidden Mickey Hunt – There are magical features everywhere at Disney Parks, even hidden in plain sight. Join in on the fun with your very own Hidden Mickey Hunt at The Little Gym!
- Make Your Own Magical Sorcerer’s Hat – Your littlest Mickey fan will love recreating his magical Sorcerer’s Hat!
- Coloring Fun with Mickey – Enjoy coloring your favorite Disney characters!
With Disney-themed decor, snacks, and goodies, children are going to have a blast at the #DisneyKids Preschool Playdate at The Little Gym. I know my little one is super excited. She says she can’t wait for mama to bake “yummy in my tummy” cupcakes for the “Mickey Party.” I can’t wait, either!
