Disclosure: I received Juicy Juice samples and a gift card for this post. All opinions are my own.
The weekends are family time for us since everyone is home. So one weekend we decided to spend family time together by exploring a local trail at a nature conservancy. Before heading out, we made sure to pack drinks and snacks to take on our hike. We always pack Juicy Juice drink boxes because they’re so convenient when on-the-go. I also like that they’re made from 100% juice rather than filled with artificial sweeteners and other fillers.
After applying sunscreen and packing up the car, we drove to the nature conservancy. The area featured a kid-friendly trail just over a mile long that was relatively flat. The soft grass path was perfect for padding my toddler’s tumbles when she tripped in over-eagerness while running. I liked the unobstructed, wide paths so that I could easily keep track of my girls walking ahead of us. My daughters were thrilled to be out in nature and to see the birds, butterflies, and bugs.
It was a beautiful, sunny day for our family to be outside together. After we completed the walk, we quenched our thirst with Juicy Juice drink boxes and snacked on the Goldfish crackers and strawberries we had brought along.
We continued the fun after arriving home. The night before we had made Juicy Juice Juice Pops which froze overnight.
The Juicy Juice Juice Pops were very easy to make. I used a Zoku Quick Pop Making Kit that I had on hand to make berry pops with fresh strawberries from our garden. But you don’t need a special kit to make these. All you need is juice, fruit, paper cups, and craft sticks.
My daughters loved licking the cool juice pops and eating the berries frozen within them. The juice pops were so simple to make that my kids could help.
This summer, spend some family time together enjoying outdoor fun. Don’t forget to try making these Juicy Juice Juice Pops for a cool, delicious, sweet treat!
