Kids keep us on the go, so much so that as parents we often neglect ourselves. We’re time-crunched, tired, and often just getting by. This can take a toll on your skin. Whether it’s in the form of bags under the eyes or dull, lifeless skin, our bodies respond to how we treat them. That’s why I found these anti-aging tips helpful in the infographic below. It looks at not only what we can do on the outside, but also inside to achieve younger looking skin.
Though we’ve likely heard many of these tips before, it’s always helpful to be reminded so that we may actually act upon them. I definitely don’t drink enough water, exercise, or sleep enough. I’m pretty good about my skin care routine. As for the foods recommended, I need to include those more in my daily diet and avoid too much sugar. I like the section on Using Products and how it points out that they can’t stop aging but can slow things down. I use essential oils so it’s good to see those on the list.
