I love eating Spanish food. The food is so flavorful and fresh. Spanish dishes are generous with garlic and olive oil, two ingredients I always enjoy.
Spain’s climate and geography influence its cuisine. In certain regions, seafood prevails whereas in others meat is more popular. The infographic below features a multitude of traditional Spanish dishes as well as the regions they’re from.
From this list, I’ve tried empanadas, paella (one of my favorite dishes), arroz negro, patatas bravas, queso manchego (heavenly cheese), and ropa vieja. I have a long way to go to complete this list, which I’d happily pursue.
